The Department for Property Affairs monitors procedure implementation in proprietary-legal domain which are related to ascertaining of common interest and administrative transfer of rights of use through: preparation of suggestions for land acquisition implementation, administrative transfer of rights of use, temporary land usage in order to deflect natural disaster and termination of rights of use on urban construction land which is necessary for construction and reconstruction of roads and road structures. Within the Department the contract drafts related to proprietary-legal affairs are being considered, the validity of the contracts and other documents that cover resolution of proprietary-legal relations on real estate are being assessed, the registration of expropriated land and change of property in land registry apparatus are being ordered, and the records on state owned real estate managed by the PE “Roads of Serbia” are being established, kept and updated.
