Activities to promote the campaign "Get ready for winter and equip yourself on time", which is carried out during the winter months by the Traffic Safety Agency and the Traffic Police Directorate - Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia, PE "Roads of Serbia", the Automobile and Motorcycle Association of Serbia, the Tourist Organization of Serbia and the company "EKO Serbia", continued in the second half of the month in Vršac and Subotica.
The campaign aims to emphasize the importance of preparing drivers and vehicles for safer driving in winter conditions through practical advice, demonstrations and conversations with citizens.
Through promotional activities, visitors to tourist centers, drivers and all interested parties were shown the importance of quality winter tires, chains and vehicle technical condition, as well as responsible behavior on the road.
Representatives of the Public Enterprise "Roads of Serbia", the Sector for the Maintenance of State Roads of I and II Class, actively participated in the promotions and provided useful advice, warnings and information to interested citizens. On December 18, 2025, Jelena Nišavić participated in the promotion on behalf of Roads of Serbia in Vršac, while the representative of the Company in Subotica was Đorđe Milić.
The promotions also highlighted two new educational campaigns of the Public Enterprise "Roads of Serbia", which are dedicated to driving in winter conditions, with the slogans:
"Use winter equipment! Don't let winter drive you!" and "Winter service works for you! Drive patiently!"
