Information on EV Charger Power Output
The charging power output represents the maximum power available from the EV charger and does not constitute a guarantee that the vehicle will be charged at that power level throughout the entire charging process.
The actual charging power at any given time depends on the characteristics and limitations of both the EV charger and the vehicle, including the vehicle’s ability to accept the available power, the battery’s state of charge and temperature, the battery’s characteristics and condition, as well as other technical conditions and any limitations imposed by the available power management system.
The chargers are designed for outdoor operation at temperatures ranging from -30°C to +50°C. The new EV chargers comply with all applicable standards and are suitable for both current and next-generation electric vehicles.

Through its free app, the platform enables monitoring and management of the charging system, provides users with real-time information on charger availability, and offers the option to reserve chargers and pay for charging, as well as numerous other features.

Charging electric vehicles at the existing chargers is currently free of charge. Regulations governing the introduction of charging fees for all users are currently being prepared.

Before use, check whether the charger is currently available in the Orion eMobilityapp. If the charger is out of service or occupied, its status will be displayed in the app.
Charging at “Putevi Srbije“ chargers is free of charge, but the charging process can only be initiated via the Orion eMobility application.
The procedure is simple:
- scan the QR code on the charger or tap your RFID card;
- connect the charging cable to the vehicle;
- start the charging process in the app.
Yes. Charging at “Putevi Srbije“ chargers is free of charge for users of Orion eMobility app.
Charging time depends on the charger’s power output, the vehicle model and the battery’s current state of charge. Charging is fastest up to approximately 80% of the battery’s capacity.
The charging speed depends on the vehicle’s capabilities, the battery temperature and the maximum power the vehicle can accept. The charger does not always determine the maximum charging speed.
DS (fast) chargers have an integrated charging cable. For AC chargers, you need to use your own cable unless otherwise indicated.

Stop the charging process via the Orion eMobility app or by tapping your RFID card, after which you can safely disconnect the cable and continue your journey.

The Emergency Stop button (the so-called "red mushroom") is not intended for stopping the charging process under normal circumstances. It is intended exclusively for emergency situations involving a safety hazard (fire, smoke, electric shock or visible damage).
Activating the Emergency Stop completely shuts down the charger, which remains out of service until it is manually reset, which means that the charger will be unavailable both to you and to the next user.
Always stop the charging process via the Orion eMobility app or by tapping your RFID card. Use the Emergency Stop button only in a genuine emergency. .
