The campaign "Get ready for winter and equip yourself on time" has been implemented during the winter months for the third year in a row, organized by the Traffic Safety Agency and the Traffic Police Directorate - Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia, PE "Roads of Serbia", the Serbian Automobile and Motorcycle Association, the Tourist Organization of Serbia and the company "EKO Serbia".
The aim of the campaign is to present to visitors to tourist centers, drivers and all interested parties the rules of safe driving in winter conditions, the importance of quality winter tires, chains and technical condition of vehicles, as well as responsible behavior on the road. Also, through practical advice, demonstrations and conversations with citizens, the aim is to emphasize that every preparation of drivers and vehicles is a step towards safer driving in winter conditions.
Campaign promotions were organized in tourist centers, in Zlatibor, Vrnjačka Banja and Divčibare.
Representatives of the PE "Roads of Serbia", the Sector for the Maintenance of State Roads of I and II category, actively participated in the promotions and provided interested citizens with useful advice, warnings and information. On November, 20, 2025, on behalf of the Roads of Serbia, the participant in the promotion was Dušan Kuljanin, Head of the Maintenance Department "Užice", in Vrnjačka Banja on November 27, 2025, Dejan Vesić, Chief Maintenance Engineer in the Department "Niš" and on December 04, 2025 in Divčibare, Marko Davidović, Assistant Executive Director of the Sector for Maintenance of the State Roads od I and II Category of the PE "Roads of Serbia".
The promotions also highlighted two new campaigns launched by the PE "Roads of Serbia", which continuously implements activities related to improving traffic safety. With the start of the Winter Service 2025/2026, Roads of Serbia promoted two new educational campaigns, specifically dedicated to driving in winter conditions, with the slogans: "Use winter equipment! Don't let winter drive you!" and "Winter Service works for you! Drive patiently!"
The promotions were also attended by media representatives and it is planned that the presentation of the campaign will continue on Kopaonik Mountain.
