ROUND TABLE "SAFETY OF ROAD WORKERS" HELD

The round table "Safety of road workers" organized by the Independent Union of Road Workers of Serbia was held on Friday, November 7, 2025, in the premises of the Association of Independent Trade Unions of Serbia in Belgrade.

Prof. Milan Vujanić, PhD in technical sciences, Col. Prof. Dr. Zlatko Belencan, Rajko Branković from PE "Roads of Serbia" and Vera Božić Trefalt.

For years now, drivers have mostly been disobeying the posted temporary traffic signals, endangering the safety of road workers, their own safety and that of other road users.

Rajko Branković, Head of the Project for the Implementation of Traffic Safety Measures, spoke about the role that PE "Roads of Serbia" plays in the safety of workers on highways, and highlighted the training of employees on the construction site as one of the key factors.
