We are appealing to all traffic participants to be particularly cautious during driving and adapt their speed to the road conditions, since, according to the Republic Hydrometeorological Service of Serbia, on Tuesday, 04.02.2020, weather conditions will change abruptly with a severe bout of cold air accompanied by gale-force northwesterly wind.
During the night between Tuesday and Wednesday, 04/05.02.2020, and on Wednesday, 05.02.2020 as well, sporadic snowfall is expected in central and southern Serbia, and even more so in the mountains, with snowdrifts.
Maintenance services are in the field and ready to act when necessary.
As of Thursday, 06.02.2020, northwesterly wind will be calming down.
We advise drivers to use winter tyres, obey speed limits and adapt their speed to the winter conditions.
