Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, prof. Zorana Mihajlović, PhD., the Acting Director Zoran Drobnjak and the Mayor of the City of Novi Sad, have visited the finishing works on the construction of the overpass over the motorway Belgrade – Novi Sad, on the local road Kać – Novi Sad.
The works on the construction of service roads, the overpass and the bridge, with traffic equipment, traffic signage and lighting will be completed in 15 days.
„After the works have been completed, the overpass will connect the citizens of Kać with the industrial zone and the settlement Šangaj and make movement easier for them“, minister Mihajlović said and pointed out that the value of the investment is 500 million dinars and that, up to this moment, the total of two billion dinars has been invested in the road infrastructure in Novi Sad.
Mihajlović thanked the City of Novi Sad for the cooperation and the successful delivery of all projects.
The Mayor of Novi Sad Miloš Vučević said that the joint forces of the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister Zorana Mihajlović, the Government of Serbia, the President of Serbia and him turn wishes into concrete and realistic plans that are being realized. Vučević has announced projects of national importance – the construction of the fourth bridge in Novi Sad as an extension of the Boulevard Europe and the convergence at the Bypass in Sremska Kamenica.
