The Department for Ecology and Social Environment is responsible for integrating the environmental, social, and climate standards of international financial institutions into projects within the jurisdiction of the Investment Sector. The application of these standards ensures that projects are planned, prepared, and implemented in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, environmental protection, social responsibility, and climate risk management. The Department provides expert support in the process of identifying, assessing, and managing the environmental and social aspects of projects, contributing to the alignment of project activities with the requirements of lenders/financiers and relevant national and international regulations.
