At the General Assembly of the International Road Federation (IRF), held on May 27, 2026 in Bratislava, Slovakia, Assistant Director Miodrag Poledica was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of this international organization.
Miodrag Poledica has more than three decades of experience in the field of traffic, infrastructure and logistics. He participated in the creation of strategic and legislative frameworks for the development of transport infrastructure, managed numerous working groups, worked on the implementation of the most important infrastructure projects in the Republic of Serbia, the development of road infrastructure, participated in international negotiations and financial institutions.
The long-term cooperation between the Roads of Serbia and the International Road Federation contributes to the exchange of knowledge and experience, the strengthening of the institutional capacities of the Roads of Serbia in the international travel community and the presentation of achievements in the field of traffic and mobility.
The election of Miodrag Poledica as a member of the Board of Directors of IRF represents a significant international recognition of professional work and contribution to the development of Roads of Serbia and the improvement of the road sector of the Republic of Serbia.
