“Putevi Srbije” informs the public that from July 1, 2026, the implementation of the penalty policy for all owners/users of category IV vehicles who do not pay the toll electronically – using an ETC TAG device – will begin.
The obligation to use ETC TAG devices for trucks entered into force on January 1, 2026, in accordance with the Law on Fees for the Use of Public Goods (Article 198, Paragraph 13). “Putevi Srbije” made a decision to postpone the full implementation of the legal provisions in order to ensure a transitional period and technical support for all users.
For acting contrary to the provisions of the Law, the following penalties apply:
- 500,000 – 2,000,000 RSD for legal entities
- 10,000 – 100,000 RSD for the responsible person within a legal entity
- 10,000 – 500,000 RSD for entrepreneurs
- 5,000 – 50,000 RSD for users of the ETC toll collection system
“Putevi Srbije” invites all transport companies that have not yet installed ETC TAG devices in their vehicles to do so as soon as possible, thereby ensuring faster, simpler, and safer passage through toll booths while avoiding additional fines.
The only official way to pay the toll for category IV vehicles in the barrier-free (MLFF) toll collection system operating on the Belgrade Bypass section is by registering the ETC TAG device on the “Toll4All” web platform.
Anyone who does not pay the toll on the Belgrade Bypass using an ETC TAG device registered on the “Toll4All” platform, but instead uses a standard prepaid or postpaid ETC TAG device, will receive an invoice for subsequent toll collection with the additional costs of the extraordinary procedure included.
