PE “Roads of Serbia” appeals to all road users to be especially careful because, according to announcements from the Hydro-meteorological Institute, in the night between Saturday and Sunday (January 3rd and 4th), rain is expected that will freeze on the ground, while snowfall is expected in the north and east parts of Serbia.
We appeal to drivers not to go on the road unless absolutely necessary, and if they do, they must have winter equipment and chains and strictly obey speed limits.
All available road machinery is on the ground 24 hours a day and the road crews are on standby, ready to intervene in order to ensure the safe flow of traffic.
