The Department for Financial Project Management is responsible for preparing annual investment plans, organizing and overseeing the implementation of established quality control procedures, and ensuring the conditions necessary to achieve the planned quality management objectives.
The Department also reviews and distributes reports on the financial implementation of each individual loan/grant, as well as specialized financial reports prepared in accordance with the specific requirements of creditors and ministries.
The Department cooperates with external auditors whenever an external audit is required under the agreement with the lender or donor. It ensures the necessary coordination between the Sector for Investments and other organizational units of the Company. The Department prepares periodic reports on its activities and performs analyses of its work.
