In accordance with the Law on Fees for the Use of Public Goods (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia“, Nos. 95/2018, 49/2019, 86/2019 – adjusted dinar amounts, 156/2020 – adjusted dinar amounts, 15/2021 – amended adjusted dinar amounts, 15/2023 – amended adjusted dinar amounts, 92/2023, 120/2023 – adjusted dinar amounts, 99/2024 – adjusted dinar amounts and 109/2025), PE “Roads of Serbia” enables the payment of tolls through advance monthly or annual subscription for the use of specific motorway sections.
The right to use subscription cards is granted to legal entities and entrepreneurs headquartered in the Republic of Serbia who perform public passenger transport in road traffic, in accordance with Article 198 of the said Law.
Eligibility Conditions
A legal entity or entrepreneur must hold a valid licence for passenger transport in road traffic, issued by the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Serbia.

Documentation Required for Issuance of Subscription Cards
(legal entities and entrepreneurs)
- A written request (free form), with mandatory specification of the time period and route for which the subscription card is requested (for legal entities – submitted on company letterhead)
- Extract from the Serbian Business Registers Agency
- Scanned vehicle registration certificate
Submission of Requests

Upon receipt of the request, the applicant will be issued a pro forma invoice, and after the payment has been made, the subscription card will be issued within 24 hours.
Subscription cards may be collected at the premises of PE “Roads of Serbia”, Belgrade, 64, Ustanička Street, 15th floor, on working days from 08:30 to 15:30.
Calculation of Subscription Card Prices
- Monthly card – the toll amount for the specified route is multiplied by 40, entitling the holder to an unlimited number of passages during one calendar month for the specified route.
- Annual card – the toll amount for the specified route is multiplied by 400, entitling the holder to an unlimited number of passages during one year for the specified route.
