Users who want to realize the right for VAT refund pursuant to the Law on Value Added Tax ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 84/04, 86/04, 61/05, 61/07, 93/12, 108/13, 68/14, 142/14, 83/15, 108/16, 113/17, 30/18, 72/19, 153/20, 138/22) and receive bill for paid toll need to submit the Request for issuing bill for paid toll.
The request can be downloaded from the PE “Roads of Serbia” website and needs to be filled in pursuant to the Instructions on submitting the request for issuing bills for paid toll.
The request and the scanned receipts shall be submitted in electronic form to the following e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and by mail (printed request and copies of the receipts) to the address: PE „Roads of Serbia“ Belgrade, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 282.
Requests are submitted in the current month for the previous month and if the user is not able to submit the abovementioned request with attachments within the given time period, the stated request with attachments can be submitted subsequently as well.
