Organized by the Department for Safety, Health, Fire protection and Rescue at Work of the Sector for Traffic Control Information Systems, at the premises of the Supervision Centre “Gazela”, on 28th September, 2021, a presentation was held regarding fire protection equipment produced by the company “Rosenbauer Internacional“ from Austria in cooperation with the company “Vatrex Rescue“ from Serbia.
At the presentation, which was held by Aleksandra Bogunović from the company “Vatrex Rescue“, Brigita Velše and Matej Lombar from the company “Rosenbauer“ from Slovenia, there was a discussion on installation of units for quick intevention and mobile ventilators for smoke extraction in tunnels, fire engines and systems for supplying crews and people in tunnels with oxygen in cases of fire and equipment for fire extinguishing and technical interventions in tunnels.
Beside the news in the area of fire protection, participants were presented with good practice examples from the surrounding countries regarding that area, as well as with a rich offer of fire protection equipment and tools from abroad.
The presentation was held while implementing the proscribed measures for protection and prevention of Covid-19 spread.
