With the premiere screening of the videos "Don't drive with a stop lane, don't stop life" and "A sign means life" in the presence of the Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Tomislav Momirović, Chief of the Traffic Police Administration Slaviša Lakićević, Acting Director Zoran Drobnjak, Director of the company "Corridors of Serbia" Aleksandar Antić, associates, traffic safety experts and creative teams, at a presentation organized at the Hotel "Metropol" in Belgrade, May 13, 2022. two new educational campaigns of the Public Company "Roads of Serbia" have officially started. Two campaigns are created with the intent to increase the safety of drivers and other traffic participants warning of the danger of driving in the stop lane on the highway and the dangers caused by destroyed or stolen traffic signals.
The PE Roads of Serbia continues to carry out the activities related to improving road traffic safety, and systematically works to raise awareness of traffic participants by implementing two new campaigns:

- In the Republic of Serbia, more than 500 persons lose their lives every year in traffic accidents;
- Serbia has lost more than 120 persons over the last three years in motorway traffic accidents;
- In the last five years, there were more than 20 fatalities in the motorway emergency lanes
Through the educational campaign „Do not drive in emergency lane, do not stop life“ the PE Roads of Serbia intends to influence the behavior of traffic participants on the motorways, and make them conscious of the importance and utilization of the emergency lane. This campaign is carried out to improve the behavior of drivers who use the motorway emergency lane improperly and aims to change their behavior to ensure that this lane is free for the movement of high-priority vehicles.

- On the roads of the Republic of Serbia more than 25.000 traffic signs and parts of equipment have been damaged or stolen in last 4 years
- The value of stolen and damaged traffic signs and equipment in last 5 years is over than one million euros;
Through the educational campaign “Traffic Signs means life”, the PE Roads of Serbia intends to point out how damaged and stolen traffic signage and equipment affect road traffic safety, and it appeals to everybody who destroys, steals, or otherwise damages traffic signage not to do that since this might stop traffic accidents from happening.
Guided by the idea that road accidents might be prevented, the PE Roads of Serbia will systematically raise the awareness of traffic participants. Educational videos and radio spots, announcements on social networks, informative leaflets, and posters, were prepared for this purpose.
